Pneumatic single diaphragm pump is also known as the control pump. It is the main type of actuator through receiving the modulation unit output control signal, with the help of power operation to change the fluid flow. Pneumatic single diaphragm pump is generally composed of actuators and valves.

Pneumatic single diaphragm pump adopts the compressed air as power source and is used to pump a variety of corrosive liquids, liquids with particles, high viscosity, volatile, flammable, highly toxic liquids.

Application:

Pneumatic Single diaphragm pump is widely used in water-based ink printing presses, gravure printing presses, flexo printing surface ink lifting circulation system, but also it can be used to transport a variety of other viscosity liquid, such as water, oil, slurry, corrosive or with small solid particles of liquid.

Pneumatic single diaphragm pump adopts the compressed air as the power. So, the work process will not produce sparks, static electricity and electromagnetic interference. It can be directly used in flammable and explosive places.

Reasonable structure and convenient operation. The flow of the medium can be based on its viscosity and the use of demand, by changing the air source pressure or needle valve intake to non-polar regulation. The pump is equipped with a return ink handle. Press two handles at the same time after the work is finished. The residual medium in the pump and pipeline will automatically return to the container, saving raw materials and facilitating cleaning (the handle should be pulled out first when working again).

For users with corrosive working medium, special anti-corrosion diaphragm plates can be provided to meet their special requirements.
