DBY electric diaphragm pump is a new type of volumetric pump that uses an electric
motor to drive and delivers liquids through the reciprocating motion of the
diaphragm. Its core feature is to use a diaphragm to completely isolate the
conveyed medium from the transmission components, thereby achieving leak free
conveying. This pump has the advantages of strong self-priming ability, the ability
to pass through media containing particles, compact structure, and easy

The core mechanical structure of the pump mainly includes the pump body, diaphragm,
central connecting rod connecting the left and right diaphragm, inlet/outlet one-
way valve controlling the unidirectional flow of liquid, and an electric drive
system composed of a motor, gearbox, and crankshaft slider mechanism. The pump body
usually contains two symmetrical chambers, and the diaphragm acts as a flexible
elastic sheet to separate the fluid from the drive source.
The working principle is to drive the diaphragm to move back and forth through a
driving source (motor), causing alternating changes in the working chamber volume,
and to achieve continuous suction and discharge of liquid in conjunction with a
one-way valve. The specific working process is that the motor drives the diaphragms
at the left and right ends to move back and forth through the gearbox. There are
four one-way ball valves installed in the left and right pump chambers, and the
movement of the diaphragms causes a change in the volume of the working chamber,
forcing the four one-way ball valves to alternately open and close, thereby
continuously sucking in and discharging the liquid.
The DBY type electric diaphragm pump is driven by a motor, which is reduced by a
cycloidal pinwheel reducer and then drives the double diaphragm to perform
synchronous reciprocating motion through a crankshaft slider mechanism. This design
makes the pump body structure compact. Due to the diaphragm separating the conveyed
medium from the transmission mechanical components, it achieves no leakage of the
medium and no shaft seal in the pump body, extending its service life
