Stainless steel 304/316 material, Twin, double-screw conveyor pump, with low shear
on the medium, better protecting the medium, integrating conveying and cleaning
functions. Few maintenance requirements, effectively reducing the frequency of pump
and pipeline cleaning. Combines two screws into one unit.
The twin-screw feeder pump adopts an open, modular hygienic structure, with the
entire system consisting of three main components: the pump body, the transmission
gearbox, and the motor. All parts in contact with the material are made of high-
grade, premium 304/316L stainless steel, while the transmission section utilizes
ductile iron, 304 stainless steel, and cast steel to maintain the equipment's high-
grade and high-quality standards. As the core component of the entire system, the
pump body is composed of the front cover, chamber, helical rotor, drive shaft,
mechanical seal chamber, and mechanical seal. The drive shaft features a robust,
reinforced design with an all-integrated structure, constructed from high-quality,
high-strength special precipitation stainless steel material, and undergoes
solution and hardening treatments.
The gearbox is a crucial component of the entire system, with its power
transmission system consisting of a drive shaft and a driven shaft. Each shaft is
equipped with paired spiral sleeves. The transmission process is achieved through
synchronizing gears installed in opposition to the drive shaft, utilizing high-
precision helical gears (rather than the noisier and more vibration-prone spur
gears) to ensure smoother, quieter, and more harmonious operation. The gearbox is
constructed from ductile iron, cast steel, and stainless steel materials, further
enhancing the hygiene standards and performance of the equipment system. The
transmission shaft adopts a robust reinforced design, and the transmission bearings
exclusively feature high-strength, high-quality, and high-performance bearings from
internationally renowned brands. The use of high-performance lubricating
transmission grease further ensures the system's ability to withstand various
unexpected conditions, thereby extending its service life.
A specially designed pair of spiral systems, interlocking with each other, form a
series of dynamic spatial curved sealing surfaces between them. Due to the
interlocking of the spirals and their tight fit with the inner walls of the liner,
multiple sealed spaces are created between the pump's suction inlet and discharge
outlet. As the spirals rotate and interlock, sealed spaces continuously form at the
pump's suction end, trapping liquid from the suction chamber and pushing it along
the spiral axis toward the discharge end. This results in the continuous and smooth
discharge of liquid from each independent sealed space, much like how a nut is
steadily advanced along a screw thread during rotation. This is the fundamental
working principle of the twin-spiral conveying pump series.
