Canned motor Pump is a motor and pump composed of a non-leakage pump, It mainly consists of the pump body, impeller, stator, rotor, front and rear bearing and thrust plate etc. components. The stator and rotor are separated by non-magnetic corrosion resistant thin-walled sleeves, and the rotor is supported by the front and rear bearings and immersed in the conveying medium, so there is no need for any type of dynamic seal to prevent the outward leakage of the conveying medium.

Canned motor pump is centrifugal pump without seal. No leakage in the pump, under the negative pressure in the pump, the outside gas will not be inhaled. It is especially suitable for vacuum system operation. At the same time, it is suitable to convey high pressure, high melting point, high and low temperature fluids. Pump has compact structure, small volume, light weight. No cooling fan, low noise, wide range of use, reliable operation, it can provide a relatively good working environment.

According to the pumped liquid temperature, pressure, viscosity and with/no particles, etc., canned motor pump can be divided into the following:

1. Basic type: the temperature of conveying medium shall not exceed 120°C, and the lift shall not exceed 150m.Various other types of pumps can be based on the basic model, through modification and improvement and obtained.

2. Reverse circulation type: In this type of pump, the direction of liquid flow for bearing lubrication, cooling and motor cooling is opposite to that of the basic type. Its main characteristic is not easy to produce cavitation, especially suitable for easy gasification liquid transportation, such as liquefied petroleum gas, methane chloride, etc.

3. High temperature type: General conveying medium temperature up to 350°C, flow up to 300m3/h, head up to 115m, suitable for high temperature liquid such as hot medium oil and hot water.

4. High melting point type: pump and motor with jacket, can greatly improve the heat resistance of motor. It is Suitable for high melting point liquids up to 250°C.The jacket can be filled with steam or liquid at a certain temperature to prevent crystallization of liquid with high melting point.

5. High pressure type: The shell of the pump is a high-pressure vessel, so that the multistage pipeline pump can withstand high system pressure. To support the shield sleeve under internal high pressure, the stator coil can be used to withstand the pressure.

6. Self-suction: when the suction pipe is not filled with liquid, the pump can discharge liquid through automatic air extraction, which is suitable for the extraction of liquid from underground containers.

7. Multistage: equipped with complex impeller, suitable for high-lift fluid transport, with a lift up to 400m.

8. Mud type: Suitable for conveying liquid mixed with large amount of mud.
