100LW100-25-11 Vertical non-clogging sewage pump Description

LW non-clogging vertical sewage pump is the new generation of pumps successfully developed on the base of the advanced technologies in domestic and abroad and with the usage characteristics of domestic pumps. It has the unique efficiency in discharging waste liquids with solid particles and long fiber.

The pump adopts the unique impeller structure and new type of mechanical seal, can effectively deliver a solid and long fiber. Compared with the traditional impeller, the impeller of the pump uses single flow channel or the double flow channels. It is similar to a cross section of bending tube with the same size which has very good pass for the

fluids with solid or fiber. The impeller is equipped with reasonable volute chamber to make the pump have high efficiency. The impeller passes the balance test for no vibration in the operation of pump. The hydraulic performance of the pump is advanced and mature and all the performance of the pumps have reached the relevant standards after testing.
