80FYS-20 FYS fluoroplastic submerged chemical centrifugal pump Description

FYS submerged centrifugal pump is for single stage single suction long shaft submerged pump. The pump is made of fluoroplastic (FEP/F46) material and submerged into the liquids to work.

FYS series fluoroplastic alloy submerged pump is a kind of single-stage single-suction long-shaft submerged pump developed and produced by our company. Fluoroplastic submerged centrifugal pump is suitable for conveying corrosive medium with temperature between 0℃ and 120℃ and no solid particles or abrasive impurities.

All parts which contact with medium for FYS series fluoroplastic submerged pump are covered with fluoroplastic alloy (FEP/F46), the lower sleeve is made of high-quality silicon carbide, with the advantages of abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance.

Performance range: flow rate: 1.6m3/h-100m3/h, head: 5m-1m

When the FYS series corrosion resistant vertical submerged pump is started, the liquid level must be 180mm higher than the impeller center line.
