CZ standard chemical process pump

CZ series standard chemical pump is horizontal, single stage, single suction centrifugal pump;  Its size and performance comply with DIN24256/ISO2858 standard.  CZ series standard chemical pump performance range includes all the performance of IH series standard chemical pump, its efficiency, cavitation performance etc. are better than IH pump.

Conveying low temperature or high temperature liquid; Neutral or corrosive liquid; Clean or liquid containing solid particles.  Especially suitable for: chemical and petrochemical industry; Oil refineries.  Paper mills and pulp industries; The food industry.

Structure:

Horizontal back door structure, pump head and motor is connected by shaft coupling, installed on the bottom plate, impeller is open, three bearings, shaft seal with external mechanical seal, cooling device, bearing body has Oil level for oil scope observation; Compact and reasonable structure.  The pump body is casted with feet support, It can withstand the loading from the pipeline and directly to the foundation, so that the pump rotor will not bend due to the pump loading, 

Thus, the load-bearing and mechanical seals have the best service life.  Maintenance does not need to open the pipeline connected with the pump body, as long as the bracket and the bolt of the pump body are opened, the pump body and impeller can be separated to repair the impeller. Gland packing, single end face and double end faces mechanical seal are ok.
