Performance Range: Flow Rate Q=3.5～180 m³/h, Head H=70～650 m Temperature range: -20°C to +400°C Key Features: The AY series oil pump products are the upgraded version of the Y-type oil pump, featuring identical performance parameters and installation dimensions as the Y-type pump, facilitating the retrofitting of older models. ● The axial force of the pump is balanced using a combination structure of balance disc and balance drum, which prevents contact friction between the balance disc and balance plate when the pump starts, operates, or stops, as occurs with a balance disc structure. ● The advanced "triple flow" design method is adopted to enhance pump efficiency, achieving 2~5% higher performance than the corresponding Y-type oil pump. ● The product complies with GB3215 "General Technical Conditions for Centrifugal Pumps for Refinery, Chemical, and Petrochemical Processes" and API610 standards.
