Product Details:

QBY series diaphragm pump features two symmetrical working chambers, each equipped with an elastic diaphragm. The two diaphragms are interconnected via a connecting rod. Compressed air enters the pump through the inlet fitting, passes through the air distributor valve, and is directed into one chamber. This forces the diaphragm within that chamber to move, simultaneously expelling the gas from the other chamber. At the end of the stroke, the reciprocating motion of the diaphragm alters the volume of the working chambers, causing the two ball valves to alternately open and close. This achieves the continuous suction and discharge of liquid.

1. During petroleum refining, temporary oil injection, loading, and sampling operations are often required. To avoid contaminating conventional pipelines, diaphragm pumps serve as a temporary alternative solution, enabling rapid and convenient operations.
